Some Old Banth Bones...

Well after almost four months of shooting we now have our first glimpse of an actual prop from John Carter of Mars...and its some old bones. Well some newly made "old bones." A company called Orlandi Statuary was hired to create what their site calls "saber tooth" bones for the movie. As most die-hard John Carter followers know though there was only one creature similar to that on Barsoom-the Banth.
